4.10. The importance of good deep regular sleep:

Doctors remind everyone why good sleep is essential to avoid getting sick. The indoor air quality worldwide is catastrophic, truly bad, due to a pathological habit of keeping windows closed all the time (without any AC to bring in fresh air and filter air), which makes all carpets and belongings acquire that horrible smell of dust mite/mold/bacteria feces, etc. All dirt, dust, etc settles in carpets and rots, get vinyl wood that never rots and never is termite food, just use rugs and get a clean air, leave window open 1 cm even in the winter, or half cm in cold winters, to get that fresh air. Cognition declines, sleep body repair declines, when window is closed. I went to look for a room one time and all 15 rooms stank like crap. So, for your health’s sake, be charitable, give 5$ on electrical silent heater costs, but save your body 5 trillion dollars worth of damage to fix with today’s monkey technology. Replace that intake filter every month too if you use central heat, better use silent oil heaters as those create fewer air toxins (this is explained in detail in the book). Sleep allows the brain to clear toxins, so get a good sleep. The next few pages explain sleep disturbance is used for perfect mind control (and torture of various body parts, leg or heart, stomach, anus muscles using RF, sonic weapons to make stool hard and affect breathing muscles, to make you think you got COVID19 maybe, even eyes, to get them red/dry) by spy agencies, militaries. Guardian explains if we don't get enough sleep, there is a 70% drop in immune T cells next day in the blood, allowing an easier acne, infection and catching of colds, Alzheimer, heart disease, atherosclerosis, aging. With too little sleep, we get amyloid plaque harder to clear (in healthy people it’s cleared during sleep); short sleepers M. Thatcher, R. Reagan got Alzheimer. Going to bed early increases longevity and creativity, when you stay late, you are tired thru the day, so your creativity and vocal, emotional tone are pure trash. Society is ruined by these second and third shift jobs, as well as terrorist cops, military who don’t let people go to bed at 10 pm for 20 years. Don’t believe that “going late to bed makes you more creative”, that’s just lies to get slaves to work the second or third shift, to their brains are destroyed. You need darkness to sleep well, so go to bed early. A 20x mirror can tell you immediately if your sleep was good, the eyes are not red, new red-purple vessels don’t appear when sleep was good, something impossible to see on 1x mirror. Science shows cerebrospinal fluid, allowed to wash neurons by the glial cells canals opening during deep sleep, clearing beta amyloid much faster (20 times) during deep sleep & why naps can help us when we didn’t sleep well prior night. Dozens of similar videos explain big meals or even glucose rich snacks in our 8 hours of sleep turn on the brain and prevent daily cleaning. Between 10 pm and 8 am or whenever we eat first meal, we better have only water or very low calorie food, like cucumber, veggie. Berkeley Prof. Walker explains in this talk that men who sleep 5 hours a night will have smaller testicles vs 7 hours sleepers; infertility for both genders is higher; women suffer more insomnia and 25% of caffeine is in our system 12 hours after a cup of coffee, reducing the quality of sleep, the amount of deep sleep by 20% (it takes 20 years of aging to have such a drop); alcohol sedates and undermines sleep by fragmenting it (very bad idea to interrupt your sleep to eat, work on computer, etc), leading to more inflammatory white blood cells that cause the hardening of arteries or atherosclerosis; 1 night of poor sleep means 40% lower capacity to learn new things; amygdala (emotional center) becomes 60% more reactive during sleep deprivation; daylight savings causes 1.6 billion people to sleep 1 hour extra or 1 hour less and heart attacks, car crashes, etc rise and fall about 23%; kids who start school at 8:55 had 70% fewer car crashes than those starting at 7:35; the ideal school start for older kids is 10 am (better grades, better behavior); rats die after 11 days of sleep deprivation; there is a sewage system in the brain, the glymphatic system, that is more active at night, it’s a glial cell controlled drain of beta amyloid which increases 20 fold during deep sleep vs daytime; without this, out short-term memory and hippocampus are weakened. His google talk explains sleeping 5 hours makes you 4 times more likely to catch the flu versus sleeping 8 hours (similar results for the common cold, < 5 h vs > 7 h, 4.5 fold difference Sleep 2015;38(9):1353-9); poor sleep damages our eyes too making cornea less transparent, eyes more red, etc; even after a flu shot, the 5 hour sleeper (for a week before the flu shot) produces only half the antibodies rendering the flu shot useless (possibly COVID19 vaccine too); 1 hour of iPad reading vs book reading halves the melatonin amount, disturbs the all important REM sleep. “those with < 7 hours sleep 2.94 times more likely to develop a cold than those with ≥ 8 hours... those with < 92% efficiency 5.50 times more likely to develop a cold than those with efficiencies ≥98%”, those with sleep efficiency ≤ 85% 5.4 times more likely to get a cold than the > 85% groupArch Intern Med 2009; 169(1):62-7.

Sleep regenerates every organ. So, wake up late when you went to bed late. Being awake 20 hours can lower some people's cognition the same as if being semi-drunk. Some studies found both too short and too long sleep were associated with higher mortality; perhaps long sleep is useless if no deep sleep for deep regeneration of organs, so long sleep due to torture (harassing of heart, ass, legs, etc to keep you awake, or induce you to eat a big meal before sleep to make it harder to sleep well) during regular sleep hours may lead to shorter life if no deep sleep occurs every 24 hours; knowing this, spy agencies use sleep deprivation to achieve perfect mind control, torture, brain destruction (poor memory key to manipulation, destroying the safety mechanism that stops us playing out our dreams during REM (rapid eye movement) sleep – i.e. they use gadget to beam a dream into the brain and then the person acts it out, not the funniest thing to start running while sleeping), slavery, easier robotization. Sleeping during the day if at night torture happened is essential to rejuvenate every organ. Many studies show that losing sleep leads to loss of brain tissue too, even if it's only 1 night lost. Kids form lifelong habits; being taught about sleep is helpful. Good sleep prevents hypertension & diabetes; it prevents weak immune system and endless diseases.☺ University of Pennsylvania found that getting enough sleep each day (some need 6, others need 9+, especially younger people) is a good way to prevent brain cell death and permanent brain damage.  Getting enough sleep daily improves telepathy/brain performance ► Neurosci 2014;34(12):4418-31.

Unless Americans wake up, USA is bound to decline over time, though that may take 50 to 400 years as with some empires. The most important thing to know is that Chapter 14.7. has 120 pages on the genocides the USA government perpetrates monthly against the humans on this planet, just like many other militaries do covert genocides via torture against their own people or allies or enemy citizens, as long as they are not exposed much on a high viewer count media, like CNN or etc. It took me 10 years to realize that most terror groups are created with input from USA and that the Pentagon, CIA-FBI are terrorist organizations that torture millions of US and even NATO citizens, in addition to foreign citizens outside of USA, using very simple methods all revolving around SLEEP DISTURBANCE: they use various microwave (pass thru walls), infrasound, ultrasound, IR, electric field, EMF pulse, EMP pulse like etc weapons to attack the toes, fingers, wrists, forehead, temple, skull, knees, heart, eyes, face, ear drums, abdomen, anus, almost any body part, in order to prevent the victim from getting their natural 8 hours of healthy sleep. They even attack you while you do your shopping, or write a web article about their genocides. What this means is that the victim may get sometimes only 1-2 hours of sleep or 3 for 4 days in a row, which is very bad, meaning his productivity becomes 5 times lower… those days. THEY RAISE the victim’s HEART RATE, for 4 hours just as the victim tries to go to bed at 10 pm, or sometimes, for 24-70 hours, raising heart rate by 25 beats per minute (sort of like slow jogging for 72 hours from Dec 24 to Dec 26 2016 in my case in one case), as if you have high fever for 3 days, but done often using their microwaves, etc.

This incessant heart rate rise or various body attacks, make the tired victim ultra easy to manipulate next day (brain is more suggestible, you cannot think of alternatives much, you search on google what they say via synthetic computer to brain wireless technology). CIA wants mind control, as it enables Brits to loot other nations, destroy their still independently thinking people much faster, so those nations become colonies of the same Infernal Assholes ruling USA today. These attacks damage the victim’s health, obviously, since sleep does all body repair. The target is not just one organ, but sometimes 20 body areas attacked one day 3 times, for a total of 50-80 attacks, that repeat like that for years. Say you use aluminum thick foil (see book) to cover one areas the microwave laser attacks, then you need to add 20 pieces to make it strong and impenetrable or they start attacking another area that you failed to cover. The abuse of the USA of its allies is similar to Hitler shaking hands with Stalin and then invading Russia, utter criminal genocide of NATO citizens who were stupid enough to immigrate to USA and become dual citizens. NATO is merely a tool of enslavement of cannon fodder imbeciles, who can defend USA should WW3 pose a threat to the Diabolical Reign of USA slaves (the 99%) by the 1% Aristocrats Murderers at the top. Each NATO nation has its own ultra corrupt aristocracy, just like USA and many other non-NATO nations, so change is difficult with these fake parties the ultra violent UFC loving thugs create and control remotely. The terror doesn’t stop there, they hire thugs that work for FBI, CIA to ram cars into the victims and other things after they obviously disturbed sleep a lot for 3 days so the victim cannot see the incoming car well, due to being so tired… The atrocities done by USA against 200 nations are so catastrophic and numerous, meaning trillion attacks a year, trillion violent crimes not prosecuted like Nuremberg prosecuted some Nazis (that still run USA), our media so fake and Pentagon controlled, that the entire West is nothing but like a concentration camp similar to Xinjiang areas the corrupt BBC claims is the epitome of evil Chinese torturing Muslims, when in fact MI6, CIA torture people the same way in their own houses thruout the world in covert ways... Wake up to reality, the CIA-Pentagon is much more like the beheading Mexican cartels than you ever were told… The only solution is the creation of a new culture, though given the control of the media by these terrorists, that too is incredibly daunting…, yet some peaceful music may help a little bit.
