5.7. the Quiet Happy Cities of the Future
Chapter 14.6. goes over 26 pages of meditative and breathing techniques, besides Chapter 10 (12 pages) on conscious breathing, to help those interested in being happy by breathing in and breathing out the gentle tender soft nurturing loving healing kindness energy of the universe or God. The exercise is simple, you can achieve instant happiness by exteriorizing bliss towards all human beings, meaning when you inhale you breathe in the kindness and joy of God or the Immortals (if atheist and God for you is human Immortals, our great … grandkids, from the future who live to a trillion years old) and when you breathe out, you exteriorize that thru every pore of your being, surrounding all humans into that field, all humans on Earth, who are beautiful colorful telepathic radiant teleporting shimmering shapeshifting Immortals aged a trillion years☺☺☺. The most important thing to recall is that these exercises depend on us being very well rested, so you do need to sleep 8 hours, get your deep sleep, etc. To achieve this, we need quiet cities, so immortalists will ban a lot of sources of noise to achieve this quiet cities stage of human development. Noise can lead to violent crimes, since bad sleep makes people more irritable and angrier, more prone to lash out at someone. Sleep is when the body regenerates itself, so it is the most important thing. We cannot sleep if neighbors are noisy, so immortalists will implement some wild reforms and astronomical fines for noise creation.
Since in the future humans will live on energy, immortalists will try to conserve energy and prevent DNA replication and wasting nutrients, and evolve towards the teleporting shimmering shapeshifting matter precipitating Immortals that have no sexual organs. Thus, immortalists are for sex being used for pro-creation only, like with animals, so they meditate to prevent being controlled by sexual fantasies and ban any erotica in any media, as lust destroys civilization (14.6.4. explains how sex depletes nutrients and impairs ocular and brain health), as we see today our depraved music has not reduced violent crime even 100 fold, let alone the ideal trillion fold immortalists aim for. This is explained briefly in chapter 14.6.3. that covers LGBT too in 13 pages and how foreign spies promote tantra and sex outside of pro-creation to lower IQ and destroy other nations, and why we need to defend immortalist nations against these predators, rapists and vampires from “hell”. A clever way enemy nations exterminate populations: lust and LGBT. Bliss is in your brain, neuroscience discovered how you can produce infinite bliss with your mind alone, without the need for sex. Meditators knew this millennia ago, well before Jesus the Violent Table Turner came to Lie to us that Violence is the Way instead of Happy Bliss, Jesus could not even materialize 2 mg of bliss neurochemicals in the minds of world's worst killers to give us 2000 years of World Peace, but could "multiply loaves of bread" give me a break please, thanks. Some humans at least, if not all of us, will evolve by moving away from Lust and Erotica, even if “phony clergy” say “sex is good” etc outside of procreation, the same guys who tortured millions via the Inquisition. The same “clergy” renamed Inquisition office to Dicastery. You see some monkeys, 1 out of 1000, became humans by being more intelligent, the same way 1 out of 1000 today may evolve into Immortals perhaps, in the worst case scenario in which most will not make it. You really don’t spend 4 years to explain to rats quantum chemistry or even basic chemistry, so there is no point to try convince anyone of anything, as some will not understand. Sadly, some “celebrities” eat the soul core of humanity and ought to be banned from giving any concerts anywhere on Earth, they seem to belong to the jungle more than to the human civilization, as the media article “Ode to Interuniversal Peace” hints at. You don’t need a PhD to realize we were bacteria one day and now humans, so in the future, we will be very different.
14.6.1. Bliss via breathing and visualization. All bliss is in the mind, orgasm happens in the brain. Neuroscience has found a way to bypass genitals and achieve higher bliss than any sex or any human activity using your mind (brain) alone. Some humans are like these cannibal chimps, they live in a world of pure animalism the Zion Elders created for them via social engineering for maximum imbecilization and vampirization of the zero IQ slaves (the 99%) entranced by the filif ☺☺☺ pig IQ music the monkey vibe celebrities create. As you listen to most music on TV-radio, you see no meditative music to help you think creatively, by yourself, only music flooding you with their own opinions and pure evil garbage. This is on purpose, they want to animalize you, to make you so easy to control and enslave. Once you disconnect from the Matrix of Slavery of these Aristocrat Vampires, you can realize what this chapter says by your own experience. The next 21 pages contain some useful meditative bliss info, complimentary to the 12 pages on conscious breathing in Chapter 10 on how to be happy instantly via breathing in an eternian way, like an immortalist greeting all beings silently as in section 5.3.6. Mystics/meditators practice contemplative prayer (by conscious breathing) or meditation and thus get glimpses of infinite happiness, far beyond anything humans experience, or reach states of “divine limitless bliss” or ecstasy, nirvana, “satori, samadhi”, like those doing astral travel (section 15.10) exercises. The prayerful immortalist greeting is based on the Immortalist Anthem ethos of universal kindness. Prayer lovers are delighted that these meditations are a form of prayer,☺☺☺ i.e. contemplative prayer, that invoke the FREE (no donations needed) blessings of infinite kindness of God so that people attain freedom from the need to get God's blessing from blessed objects, medallions of saints (with invented miracles) or bread wafers, wine or fruit juice blessed by other people who profess to be closer to God, yet tell people fake miracles are real and tell people to go to war, when God is anti-war, and can share a trillion ways to peace without war. This is about the liberation of the individual from psychological intermediates (objects, people) that stand between soul and God, the emancipation of humanity from organized religion rituals and traditions that are simply outdated and irrelevant in today's world, just as chemistry texts from the first century or even 2 centuries ago are no longer used today. In Chapter 10 there is a description of such a bliss state. To reach this state easier, technology and music can help, such as a voice amplifier that reminds us to breathe consciously (since we can hear our breathing) and practice the stuff below to reach cosmic nirvana each minute, like the ever happy anxiety free Immortals. People and our brains don’t listen to our words, but to our tone, that’s what creates aging/mortality or Immortality, sadness or bliss, war or peace. To trick our brain to entangle with the Immortals’ chart, to return to Immortals’ chart (section 3.8), being happy, tranquil, having their tone helps. The practice of immortalist or eterni tone, much easier when we don’t waste brain energy to raise voice but to have immortalist tone thanks to amplifier, also induces a cosmic bliss experience much easier for reasons evident from this chapter, tone and breathing chapters.
There are 100s of ways to attain these happy states, one of them is a hybrid OBE ("out of body experience") technique that seems to Enhance Translinguistic Telepathy and Immersion in the Cosmic Ocean of ☺☺☺Blissful Zero Point Energy, Cosmic Breath/Expansion, Peace Radiation, and Astral Elongation: it combines 4 popular astral travel techniques into one, in such a way that it seems to create a stronger, while awake, connection with spirit, telepathy, peace, joy, smiles. This technique can be done while relaxed on the bed or on the chair, totally still, or while doing your day to day semi-work at the computer, or daily chores, or daily walking, exercise, etc, as long as you don't have to be fully focused and can be more relaxed and multi-tasked (over time the connection can become second nature, with years of daily practice). The ideal way to do it is while resting on the bed, as if sleeping, so you can relax the body step by step, a few minutes for toes, feet, lower legs, upper legs, back, neck, head, eyes, face, etc, until you start feeling ultra heavy, but the astral feels ultra light, like in the autogenic relaxation for self-hypnosis autogen.htm, feeling each part of the body immovable, heavy (weighing a billion tons), relaxed. The cosmic breathing is breathing in the light-joy-peace-bliss-ease-healing-energy of the inner universes (realms that created this dimension) and radiating it out to all beings, surround in rays of gentle tender soft compassion astrally all human beings in all galaxies they may exist in. As we breathe in, we do at the same time 3 actions: Expansion, Radiation, Elongation. It is called eterni breathing if you wish to be poetic. Expansion of the astral body (we expand the astral body, as in the astral elongation technique, except right now this expansion is as big or small as you wish it to be, doesn't have to be 10 feet or 10 solar systems, it can be bigger or smaller), Radiation (we radiate Peace and are receptive to receive from the infinite ocean of the field or God or whatever term you wish more Peace strings and more joy so as to facilitate a deeper Radiation of Peace for the sake of World Peace), Elongation (the expansion tries to be very much like a huge elongation, think of it like connecting with a few galaxies and universes on the inner level and also on the distance level, so an elongation on the inner levels, within the inner dimensions, but also on the outer level, in terms of distance, where you elongate as far as you with, as if connecting with the infinite ocean beyond time-space). ☺☺☺
This can be adapted and done in your unique ways in a trillion ways, customized, etc, the main idea here is that you find something that works for you to connect with the infinite field of cosmic consciousness, for example, breathing in, you expand-radiate-elongate-absorb the tender-soft-gentle-peace of the field, then as you breathe out, you expand-radiate-elongate even further and you can take the energy you connected in the in-breath and radiate it out, a part of it as a ball of peace surrounding the earth, but the rest going into the cosmos for further connecting multidimensionally with the other realities and dimensions full of peace-love-joy... As you do this, you will notice, over time, that the bliss of connecting with the field is getting stronger and can be done with eyes open too. The method described above, in one version or another, has been used for thousands of years as just one of a trillion ways to induce elasticity into the astral body for easier astral travel. It also led me to several states of “divine ecstasy” different than the breathing one in chapter 10. This technique can be practiced even while awake to fill the cosmos around us with peaceful Compassion strings and vibrations from the higher worlds of Immortals beyond time-space of our dimensional universe: we breathe in the cosmic energy from the hyper dimensions beyond our time-space where God and the Immortals dwell and we allow this energy to enter and travel from the top of our head to the bottom of our feet but instead of entering crown chakra and ending with the feet chakra, we allow the energy to expand into the ever elongating astral body of ours, with the feet and astral body becoming longer, bigger and bigger and encompassing as much as our imagination allows, be it 10 houses, cities or 10 galaxies, encompassing it in peace, Immortality or longevity strings, especially our planet which needs peace and 500 year lifespan. This is like inhaling the eternal energy of peaceful compassionate light of the Immortal dimensions (think of it as the ultra loving ultra bright NDE light if you had an NDE) or the cosmic consciousness of God if you believe in God and that helps you more intellectually to practice; one can use whatever concepts one feels OK with, since all matter and energy are consciousness constructs, and sometimes concepts can establish a better astral-mental connection that makes it easier. We can also inhale and elongate the upper body and exhale and elongate the lower body as the energy of the infinite cosmos flows up and down, side ways and in all ways the field guides along our elongating astral body that is merging with the non-spatial dimensions so to speak. ☺☺☺
Another thing to recall is the dimensional tapping into the membrane like dimensions of the string theory, like the 11th dimension in that theory, the one with strings perhaps, i.e. when belly moves up and down in the breathing process, if you bring awareness, you can tap into the cosmic energy lines that pass at that space-time or astrally in other space-times. Other similar ecstasy states happened in 2016 during “astral exercises”. In Feb-March 2016 (over 3 weeks, 3 experiences) I went on a detour from the technique and I was trying to 'open' the head etheric center and let the cosmic light of the infinite zero point field, to kind of wake up the astral body more (similar to energy exercises of Robert Bruce, see the free astral books 15.10. section), so as I was “calling” for the infinite light or infinite compassion of God or Holy Spirit or whatever we call it, as I did it (we can do it in many ways, without verbal thought), my whole body became filled with energy, awareness and joy. It worked best when I focused on the light at the top of the head and allowed the light to magnify and engulf the whole planet in peace, all human beings shimmering as light beings, as Immortal souls... and then it becomes bigger, the bliss more intense, the planet more engulfed. If we would reach happy states daily like this, all war, crime, etc would vanish, since it all stems from a lack of happiness, joy. ☺☺☺
14.6.2. MEDITATIVE CONSCIOUS BREATHING (aware breathing is not crazy meditation where folks try “watch thoughts/feelings pass by or to still your mind” or other boring stressful techniques), which can be practiced anytime in any tense or relaxed situation (unlike meditation) GIVES HAPPINESS A MILLION TIMES BIGGER THAN ORGASM or anything (even meditation).
The above (14.6.1.) breathing, energetic and visualization exercises (generate bliss or feeling on demand by controlling your brain) are useful as they raise energy from the lower “energy centers” (peripheral neurons) to the upper ones (brain neurons), make us reach infinite happiness and be happier, healthier, preventing nutritional deficiencies caused by too frequent sex (man’s desperate search for bliss, when it is in his meditative brain, not sexual organs). In orgasm, blood goes to the genitals to enlarge penis or clitoris 5x, plus smaller increases of other areas; in meditation, blood goes to the brain, lungs, as the oxygenation increases and we no longer use a peripheral organ to trigger brain endorphin release, but the brain directly, sort of like NASA solar probe at 200,000 MPH versus natural running of 20 mph, a 10,000 fold difference between BLISS EFFICIENCY, without nutritional drain. In social environments while wearing loose pants, erection is not welcome or simple embarrassing, but meditation bliss can be reached 5 times daily and it involves no erection. Once the on demand production of BLISS happens, it can be so strong, that it overrides any potential arousal from any source (seeing a hot semi-naked person at the beach, etc). I use the orgasm comparison simply because, in our world, unfortunately, orgasm is equated by some people with the highest happiness they reached; nature has designed orgasm to be happiest of common states, since the most important thing to the species is its perpetuation, so the act of doing so had to be happiest of common tasks available to anyone without any meditation training. Silent sound, microwaves, etc techs used by spy agencies, Pentagon (see chapter 14.7.) can be used to arouse genitals, stimulate neurons of peeing, ejaculation (which can lead to semen discharge if testes are full due to too much arousal), and to send ideas to a person like “let me massage my erotic areas”, to make it seem like one’s own thought, which may lead to nutrient depletion if massage provokes too much arousal, then sperm build up and later night release or even any form of self-touching, self-arousal, thought that is sexual in nature and builds sperm up (or sex if married). Do you want real happiness or being a robotic puppet of mind-body influence gadget fans? We inhale the gentle tender universal loving kindness and radiate it out on exhale, giving preference to the upper body or brain in energy radiations to all beings nearby (it’s an intelligent energy, it knows what anyone nearby needs; like if you are near a tree with calming energy etc) at exhale, to avoid exciting the genitals.
These simple exercises help us discover innate happiness that doesn’t depend on the outer world events like ”the peace that passes all understanding”. If reached at will, one could heal all around. Some people call these altered states of consciousness, which billions of people experience rarely, as “cosmic bliss” to indicate the different type of bliss attained, more expansive and non-local, not body centered so to speak, like some people describe an NDE where they are one with everything. When we experience the “love-bliss of God”, which is a million times more ecstatic than orgasm or human affection, one no longer has such a need of “human love” and can have more self-control. If these meditative or contemplative prayer divine ecstasy states would be taught in kindergarten, primary, middle school (without any mention of genitals), it’s possible kids would be way happier, way kinder, far less angry, as instead of kicking others, they heal them by a mere thought. Isn’t it ironic, parents claim they believe in God’s loving kindness and they teach them to kick and punch via martial arts since age 2-3, but nothing about meditation and healing others via speech, hands on healing, energy radiation, etc? Quite often, kids are learned to interface with the outer world in violent ways, as instead of healing sick fellow kids, animals or plants by hands on healing, and radiating loving kindness as in the exhale of these meditations, they radiate karate punches to other kids as in martial arts classes, or shoving during some rugby/football or basketball/soccer, etc in their “training” to become “well rounded” citizens with many extracurricular activities. This “well rounding” often makes kids (who become the future society, leaders, scientists) extremely shallow and weak in loving kindness, gentle tender softness, spirituality, awareness of the peaceful ways to peace, and the subtlest stuff that is unheard in almost any church sermon, but is barely mentioned in this book. What well-rounding is that if they don’t know their inner nature and what they can achieve internally? Physical development, motor coordination, motor neuron development can be achieved by endless physical movements that are free of any violent connotation, such as planting trees, gardening, gentle healing stretching exercises combined with breathing that achieve meditation states too, helping the immortality research labs with simple tasks, etc. These meditations would probably make the rape rate and even unwanted teen pregnancy rates drop a trillion times, as people would think of meditation, loving kindness, astral stuff, prayer as a million times more ecstatic than sex, running, sports and martial arts. We are living 90 years, mice 3 years, so we live 30 times longer and can do a lot more than mice can. The super mental beings of the future have genetically advanced so much that sex for pro-creation only is as natural as breathing today, as evident as 2 + 2 = 4. They feel the entire human quantum field, the entire human race as if it is their body, being vastly different than the humans today.
Bliss from conscious breathing is 10-1 million times higher than from orgasm.
5.1.2. Depiction of sex outside of procreation = GENOCIDE worthy of death penalty or lifetime labor for actor, writer, singer promoting it. The math is below, recreational sex images lead to:
1). smaller brain: blood flows to genitals instead of the brain, so daily judgment becomes impaired, ability to learn becomes impaired, it’s like fight and flight hormones take all brain blood and send it to legs and hands to help one run/fight, decisions, learning are poor, guys look at a girl instead of paying attention to the teacher, kids develop the animal brain, stunt higher brain functions, becoming a burden on society, a parasitic useless phony. Brain is starved of oxygen, nutrients and blood and shrinks over time, neurons die. Thus, one LUST post on social media, in a song, book, etc that glorifies recreational sex means 4000 people lose 8 years of life by that arousal repetition due to habit being formed from that one post, lost due to ignorance of the initial poster who needs to pay $90,000 fine and $90 billion if having many followers of their music, books, etc. Thus, we can estimate the life loss to be about 4000×8=32,000 lifespan years
2). rape (fear, trauma, abortion causing cancers, damage to uterus; future offspring has more birth defects from that trauma or abortion): 1 post = 4000 rapes, 4000×5=20,000 lifespan years
3). sexual diseases acquired by frequent sex with many partners: 4000×5=20,000 lifespan years
4). poor grades and low IQ due to no comprehension of science, nutrition due to poor brain blood flow, cumulative comprehension deficiency (i.e. once you missed some homework (late night party) and understanding, due to all building on prior homework, you never understand physics or chemistry or math and learning becomes memorization of ways to solve an equation to pass a test, 0 comprehension, lose 5 yrs of life on average): 4000×5=20,000 lifespan years
5). wasting time with risky behaviors (lack of self care, of homework time) to seduce the guy/girl (late parties to seduce, poor sleep, sleep is the main way body repairs itself, these teens age fast, have acne due to immune T cells being 3 times less abundant after bad sleep), making mistakes, leaving appliances, cooking devices on causing house fires, cars on due to obsession with the sex target, engaging in risky behaviors to impress or to please the girl (drugs, alcohol, etc) that cause car crashes, brain damage via smoking (second hand smoking destroys self, inhale because you love her, your kids inhale it too), weed, drugs, vaping, alcohol, leading to wasting 4 years on average for 4000: 4000×4=16,000 lifespan years
6). vitamin/nutrient deficiency, especially brain, eyes (see 14.6.3.): 4000×4=16,000 lifespan years
7). infantile personality, compulsive dependency develops as the person remains incapable of achieving happiness on one’s own, depending on sex for happiness, getting frustrated his ‘spouse’ doesn’t want to have sex. The 5 year old in a 30-50 year old body becomes depressed his spouse wants no sex. This 5 year old mentality person, like a kid who wants candy to be happy, due to lack of centralized ethics education, can't wrap his head around a simple concept: bliss is in the brain and one can achieve it by bypassing the genitals and using the brain itself while breathing. The glorification of sex as a source of happiness (which is the main cause for rape) is fraud since meditative bliss is much higher and evolves a new cortex of the human brain the 2025 human animal almost entirely lacks. This emotional anguish, and unfulfilled desire of sex daily makes people grumpy, emotionally immature, dependent on others, seeking brothels and affairs, causing social issues, divorce, family conflicts, social issues, negative emotions, etc. The infantile adult is feeling lonely and craving companionship all the time, instead of relying on conscious breathing for bliss, he's too filif fruit fly IQ wise to comprehend he's always surrounded by the Eternal Human Quantum Field of the future Immortals at least. We can thus estimate this lifespan loss due to negative emotions, divorce, sexual objectification of humans, human sex trafficking at about 4000×4=16,000 lifespan years.
8). violence/choking during sex causes strokes: choking is becoming popular in “cultures” the deify recreational sex, as explained in this article about “banning violent choking during sex” as with the depraved UK gov, instead of banning any sex/alcohol/violence depiction. Choking can cause death, stroke, lifelong paralysis, inability to speak/recall anything, IQ 50 points lower, so choking during sex videos, clips, romance/thriller novels, is far worse than recreational sex, it’s pure torture, sexual battery, attempted and involuntary murder of 5000 people, since strokes can kill. All celebrities depicting sex outside of procreation in movies, literature, song would have the movie, song, book outlawed, destroyed and need to pay some fines too, $9 billion per item and lifetime labor to pay the fine if not able to pay. We need to swiftly stop the criminals who create 20,000 educational systems to divide and conquer,☺☺create chaos in NATO/Australia (evil land of 50% of sex having choking per UK teaching it to Aussies). NATO/Australia needs only 1 educational system, 1 language, 0 aristocrats. Due to mini strokes during 5 second choking, trauma, this sex leads to 4000×5=20,000 lifespan years, due to the association of sex with violence in some “cultures” like Australia where the most visited news site is all about appearance, 0 IQ celebrities, gossip, useless products, vanity, recreational sex.
9). cancer (faster aging, uterus damage, meaning birth defects for future kids) from abortion of unwanted fetuses, plus destruction of human quantum field by killing of fetuses, which causes quantum disturbance that favors more deaths of fetuses and miscarriages. FDA warns common contraceptive causes brain cancer. Sex outside pro-creation means random pregnancy and abortion, which is killing the fetus and damaging the human quantum field (each murder makes it more likely for another to occur by quantum inertia), besides cancer for the lady, damaged uterus, faster aging, as the uterus is worn. The world of Immortality for All is against killing. Sex outside procreation is attempted murder of the fetus that can easily emerge if sperm gets out of the condom or condom breaks. This unwanted baby will be unwanted (less taken care of, parents will do it out of guilt, not joy or desire), or aborted. We need parental license (Chapter 15.1) with centralized education in eterni tone months before conception attempt, to prevent creation of violent criminals which lead to 5 trillion dead in future star wars. This is a loss of 4000×5=20,000 lifespan years, mostly birth defects from worn reproductive system of the female, by growing/then aborted fetuses, even dead rotting fetuses, who don’t fully dissolve fast due to frequent sex release of orgasm liquids, causing systemic low level sepsis. The body is not designed for daily sex, after fetus forms, it needs time to dissolve.
10). species extinction: humans are likely to disappear due to cosmic events, unless we move out in space to other stars, galaxies, universes, so to do that we need to evolve billion year lifespans that can travel large distances, via the etlif IQ trillions of times higher than present filif IQ, via the shapeshifting Immortals tech of the Immortalist Anthem allowing materialization of offspring from 1 trillion parents with each donating a billion atoms to make a kid, as humans will become fluid lifeforms living in stars, etc void of sex organs/gender, a Family of Immortals. When we understand the brain can give us higher happiness than sex by a million fold, sex is viewed as a boring necessary chore of creating offspring and the hype goes away☺☺☺. Sex is overrated, pure hype. Sex can also cause death via heart attack, rapid pulse rise. It’s not bliss. It can actually be very dangerous for people with heart issues, their route to the grave. This lack of evolution causes shrinks humanity’s life by 4000×5=20,000 lifespan years per each sexual post.
11). delays the Era of 0 violent crime and ~*~Eternal Universal Peace~*~: the main cultures (Christianity, Islam, Judaism, most Hinduism, etc) place sex within a marriage or partnership well above World Peace in 3 months and 0 violent crime in 3 years, as couples have sex often, but take 0 actions to achieve these goals, showing a selfish mosquito IQ mentality of rodents.☺☺ The evil nature of Muslims, Jews, Christians can't become clearer when we see their claim that clergy are God’s representatives, when in fact, they're the Reps of the Genocide, Rape quotes and sex above end of Killings/Wars ethos of their fraud based religions. It seems as if they love to encourage rape, like rapist pedophile priests in the news, not Peace. The ideal form of romantic love is altruistic universal love, the joint bringing of World Peace, 0 violent crime, not kissing, massaging, erotica which help only 2 people, not 8 billion. The Vatican is a fraudulent entity who encourages belief in fake miracles and in sex outside of procreation, since they're animalistic peasants living in the 1st century who hold humanity hostage to chimps. This blatant stagnation, perpetuation of violent crime/war means all resources otherwise dedicated to longevity/health are used up to spy/wage war, so another loss of 4000×5=20,000 lifespan years.
